Packaging

We have different types of standard packaging procedures depending on the type of product, its size, the technology used to create it and the surface finish requested by the customer.
The profiles are bundled up and packed in such a way as to guarantee the safety of the operators, both internal and external, who handle these materials, and the bundles are arranged with a width-height ratio that ensures their stability.
All type of wood used for packaging have received phytosanitary treatments to comply with the requirements of ISPM N.15 – FAO and all wooden packages are stamped with the FITOK trademark visible and easily verifiable by the quality control staff. These treatments are carried out to sanitize the material and eliminate the presence of possible parasites and harmful organisms.
The most frequently used packaging methods are bundles wrapped in bubble wrap, with or without wooden blocks, and strapped with galvanized steel or plastic, single or double wooden boards, wooden boxes and last but not least, pallets.
